We support a 60-day return service for all purchased products counted from the date customers receive ordered items. Products applied for return must remain unopened, unused, with original intact packaging and complete accessories, without man-made damage, pollution or obvious signs of use.

Our team will review your return application within standard processing time and send detailed return instructions after approval.
Refund Processing Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that products meet return requirements, the full refund will be initiated immediately. All refunds will be completed and returned to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The arrival time of refund funds depends on the settlement processing rules of your original payment bank or payment institution.
